Tersa 230mm Replacement Knife — HSS, M42, or Carbide

Description

The SCH-QC-TER-230mm-S is a 230mm Tersa-system double-edged planer knife for machines with 230mm Tersa-head capacity. At 230mm this is a wide-production Tersa knife, fitting larger production planer/thicknessers and moulders used for wide architectural moulding, furniture panel edge processing, and wide-board planing. Tersa fast-change: knives lock by centrifugal force at operating speed, eject by spring at rest — no tools, no calibration, no spindle adjustment on knife change. Double-edged knife provides two cutting faces per piece. No regrinding. Available in HSS for high-volume softwood production where cost-per-knife is the priority, M42 cobalt-HSS for mixed-species and hardwood production with extended service over standard HSS, or carbide for maximum edge life in hardwood-intensive and abrasive material production at 230mm width.
