The SCH-QC-SCH-90mm-S is a 90mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. The 90mm segment rounds out the smaller-increment series — combined with a 10mm it spans 100mm, with a 110mm it spans 200mm, providing flexible assembly options at production widths requiring non-standard segment combinations. SCHure-Lock heads accept individual segments that lock with Schmidt’s proprietary interface, allowing fast knife changes at each segment position. The modular segment approach distributes knife wear across independently replaceable pieces — only segments that dull need changing. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications.
