Description

The SCH-QC-SCH-10mm-S is a 10mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock quick-change segmented cutter heads. SCHure-Lock is Schmidt’s proprietary segmented knife system: individual knife segments are assembled side-by-side across the head to cover the full machine planing width, allowing incremental replacement of worn segments rather than changing a full-width knife. The 10mm segment is the smallest standard increment — used to fine-tune assembled head width in combination with larger segments, or as the primary segment in dedicated narrow-head configurations. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications; grade variants differ in knife body dimensions and material specification to suit different SCHure-Lock head models and production requirements — select the correct grade from the variation options based on the installed head specification.
