The SCH-QC-SCH-200mm-S is a 200mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. The 200mm segment is a practical production increment — covering the standard 200mm planing width as a single segment, reaching 400mm as a two-segment pair, and combining with smaller segments to build 210mm through 310mm head widths efficiently. In production environments, the 200mm SCHure-Lock segment offers a balance between the replacement granularity of shorter segments and the reduced segment-count simplicity of longer increments. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications for different SCHure-Lock head models. No carbide at this length. Confirm the installed head model and required grade specification before ordering.
