SCHure-Lock 210mm Replacement Knife — HSS

Description

The SCH-QC-SCH-210mm-S is a 210mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. The 210mm segment covers production widths at 210mm single-segment and in compound assemblies — two 210mm segments reach 420mm, and 210mm combined with 100mm spans 310mm for production configurations requiring wider head assemblies. The SCHure-Lock modular approach at longer segment lengths keeps individual replacement cost proportional to segment size while retaining the flexibility to address wear in specific head positions. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications for different SCHure-Lock head models. No carbide at this length. Confirm the installed head model and required grade before ordering.
