The SCH-QC-SCH-60mm-S is a 60mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. In the SCHure-Lock modular head system, 60mm segments serve both as standalone knife components in 60mm-head configurations and as mid-increment building blocks in larger assembled head widths. The SCHure-Lock segment design seats into the head with Schmidt’s proprietary quick-change locking interface, enabling knife changes without tools in the same time frame as single-piece fast-change systems while retaining the modularity advantage of segment-level replacement. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications for different SCHure-Lock head models. No carbide at this length.
