SCHure-Lock 190mm Replacement Knife — HSS

Description

The SCH-QC-SCH-190mm-S is a 190mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. The 190mm segment fits mid-to-wide SCHure-Lock head configurations — as a single 190mm segment or combined with 10mm to 100mm increments to assemble common production widths from 200mm to 300mm. Two 190mm segments span 380mm for wider head configurations. SCHure-Lock’s segment-level knife replacement system is especially cost-effective at longer segment lengths where full-width knife replacement costs are higher — replacing only the 190mm segment that has worn keeps per-change tooling cost manageable. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications. No carbide at this length. Confirm installed head model and grade before ordering. Select grade at checkout.
