Description

The SCH-QC-SCH-100mm-S is a 100mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. The 100mm segment is a central increment in the SCHure-Lock modular system — three 100mm segments cover 300mm, and 100mm combines cleanly with smaller segments (10mm, 20mm, 50mm) to build virtually any standard planing width from the series. SCHure-Lock’s proprietary knife-locking interface enables fast, tool-efficient knife changes at each segment; the modular replacement system means only worn 100mm segments need changing rather than a full-width knife, reducing per-change tooling cost at any assembled head width. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications — grade variants reflect knife body size or material specification differences for different SCHure-Lock head models. No carbide at this length.
