SCHure-Lock 310mm Replacement Knife — HSS

Description

The SCH-QC-SCH-310mm-S is a 310mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads — the largest standard size in the SCHure-Lock knife range. At 310mm, this segment covers a wide production width in a single piece, suitable for SCHure-Lock head configurations at or near 310mm planing capacity, or as the primary wide segment in larger assembled head configurations. The 310mm increment minimizes the number of segments required for wide machine widths: one 310mm segment combined with a 100mm or 150mm covers production widths from 410mm to 460mm using only two segments. Single-segment width coverage at 310mm also simplifies knife change logistics in production environments. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications. No carbide at this length.
