The SCH-QC-SCH-70mm-S is a 70mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. The 70mm segment fits SCHure-Lock heads at 70mm single-segment width or serves as a component in assembled multi-segment head configurations where 70mm provides a useful width-adjustment increment. SCHure-Lock’s segment-by-segment replacement approach means worn segments are changed individually without disturbing undamaged segments in the same head assembly — a tooling cost advantage for heads in long-term production use. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications. Grade variants reflect knife body dimensions and material specification differences for compatibility with specific SCHure-Lock head models.
