The SCH-QC-SCH-250mm-S is a 250mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. The 250mm segment covers a wide production width in a single piece — spanning 250mm in one segment, reaching 300mm with a 50mm addition, and approaching 500mm as a two-segment pair for wide head configurations. At 250mm, the SCHure-Lock segment covers a substantial portion of most production head widths, making it an efficient large-increment segment in assemblies designed to minimize segment count while retaining modular replaceability. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications for different SCHure-Lock head models. No carbide at this length. Confirm the installed head model and required grade before ordering.
