SCHure-Lock 150mm Replacement Knife — HSS

Description

The SCH-QC-SCH-150mm-S is a 150mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. The 150mm segment is one of the more useful mid-range increments in the SCHure-Lock series: two 150mm segments cover the standard 300mm production width; 150mm plus 100mm reaches 250mm; three 150mm segments span 450mm for wide-production configurations. In SCHure-Lock segmented head assemblies, each 150mm segment is individually replaceable as it wears, keeping knife replacement cost proportional to actual service life of each segment. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications. No carbide at this length. Confirm the installed SCHure-Lock head model and segment grade before ordering. Select grade at checkout.
