The SCH-QC-SCH-110mm-S is a 110mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. At 110mm, this segment serves mid-size SCHure-Lock head configurations and provides an additional width increment in compound assemblies — two 110mm segments reach 220mm, and 110mm combined with 100mm spans 210mm, offering useful mid-range planing width coverage. The SCHure-Lock system’s segment-level replacement approach keeps maintenance costs proportional to actual knife wear: only segments that have reached service end need to be replaced. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications for different SCHure-Lock head models; grade variants reflect knife body and material grade differences. No carbide at this length.
