SCHure-Lock 140mm Replacement Knife — HSS

Description

The SCH-QC-SCH-140mm-S is a 140mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. Two 140mm segments cover 280mm; 140mm plus 100mm reaches 240mm — a standard production width in European planer and moulder equipment. The 140mm increment provides efficient assembly of mid-to-wide production widths from the SCHure-Lock segment series. SCHure-Lock’s segment-level quick-change design allows worn 140mm segments to be individually replaced without disturbing the remaining head assembly. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications for different SCHure-Lock head models; grade variants reflect knife body and material grade differences. No carbide at this length.
