Description

The SCH-QC-SCH-130mm-S is a 130mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. The 130mm segment fits SCHure-Lock head configurations at 130mm single-segment width and serves as a component in assembled heads where 130mm provides a standard European moulding-machine width increment. Combined with other SCHure-Lock segment sizes, the 130mm segment enables assembly of production widths from small to wide using the minimum number of segments. Segment-level replacement limits knife tooling cost to worn pieces only. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications. No carbide at this length.
