SCHure-Lock 120mm Replacement Knife — HSS

Description

The SCH-QC-SCH-120mm-S is a 120mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. Two 120mm segments cover 240mm — a standard wide production planing width in European moulder and planer equipment. The 120mm segment also combines with 60mm, 80mm, and 100mm segments to reach standard production widths efficiently. SCHure-Lock’s modular system allows each 120mm segment to be replaced independently when worn, without disturbing adjacent segments in the same head. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications; grade variants reflect knife body dimension and material specification differences for different SCHure-Lock head models. No carbide at this length.
