Description

The RH100 is a corrugated back router head with 3/4 in. shank for clockwise-rotation router tables, shapers, and pin routers. Corrugated back router heads accept straight corrugated back (CB) knives, locking them in precision-machined corrugated seat pockets for positive anti-creep retention under the high rotational speeds of router applications. The RH100’s clockwise rotation suits the standard router table and right-hand shaper spindle configuration. Compatible knife profiles — available in both HSS (CB series: CB155, CB260, CB265, CB270) and carbide-tipped (CT series: CT155, CT260, CT265, CT270) — provide cut widths from 3/4 in. to 1-1/2 in. for profiling solid wood edges and producing moulding runs on smaller-scale production equipment. The RH101 is the counter-clockwise rotation equivalent for CCW spindle configurations. Straight-back knives must be ground to the profile required and mounted in matched weight pairs before use. Knives are sold separately — confirm shank diameter and knife width match the RH100 before ordering.
