Description

The SCH-QC-SCH-230mm-S is a 230mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. The 230mm segment is appropriate for wide-range SCHure-Lock head configurations — covering 230mm in a single segment, reaching 460mm as a two-segment pair, and combining with 70mm or 80mm to span standard production widths from 300mm to 310mm. SCHure-Lock at 230mm covers a meaningful production width per segment, reducing the total segment count needed for wide head assemblies while retaining the cost advantage of segment-level replacement over full-width knife systems. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications for different head models. No carbide at this length. Confirm installed head model and grade before ordering. Select grade at checkout.
