Description
The IC-16-100 is a standalone back-and-trim insert cutter with solid carbide tips — designed to trim the back face of a raised panel at the border, producing the flat, consistent-thickness edge that seats in the door frame groove. Unlike the FB-BT-16-001 head body, which is a parent product with variations, the IC-16-100 is a complete, simple-configuration cutter at 3″ diameter — a more compact option for back-trimming operations where the smaller cutting circle is suited to the setup or material. 1-1/4″ bore, 3″ diameter, 3-wing, CCW rotation. Carbide tips deliver long edge life in production runs across hardwood and softwood panel stock. Use in conjunction with the appropriate RPIC raised-panel insert cutter for a complete panel-shaping setup that produces a back-face shoulder to the correct thickness in one spindle pass.
