Description
The 200-series CDIC profiles cut at a 1/2″ depth of pattern, producing a deeper, more architecturally prominent relief than the standard-depth range — the extra shadow line gives door frames a stronger presence in painted and stained finishes alike. Profile 211 is a roundover at that deeper relief: a sweeping convex arc on stile faces that coordinates with the matching cope cut on rail ends. The 3-piece Multi-Profile configuration adds both shimmed cope adjustment and Multi-Profile body flexibility — operators can fine-tune cope depth independently to close the joint cleanly across material thickness variation, and the same body hardware can be fitted with other 200-series or compatible CDIC insert profiles. 1-1/4″ bore, 4-1/2″ OD, 3-1/2″ minor diameter, 3-wing CCW, for 3/4″ to 7/8″ door stock. For a standard-depth roundover, profiles 010 and 240 (standard-depth) cover the same arc family. Carbide or T-Alloy inserts available.
