The FB-CDIC-225-3pc cuts Freeborn’s profile 225 ogee at 1/2″ depth of pattern — one of three distinct deep-relief ogee geometries in the 200-series (alongside profiles 220 and 231), each with a specific arc proportion and visual character for matching to architectural millwork drawings. The deeper depth of pattern produces a stronger shadow line than the standard-depth 080 ogee, giving cabinet and passage door frames a more pronounced, formal character. The 3-piece Multi-Profile configuration adds shimmed cope adjustment for variable-batch material tolerance and Multi-Profile body compatibility for sharing head hardware across multiple door profiles. Verify profile 225 against Freeborn’s profile sheet or your door design drawings when specifying — the ogee arc geometry differs from profiles 220 and 231 in the same depth range. 1-1/4″ bore, 4-1/2″ OD, 3-1/2″ minor diameter, 3-wing CCW, for 3/4″ to 7/8″ door stock.
