Profile 011 in the RPIC series is the raised panel cutter that coordinates with the FB-CDIC-011 Cope & Pattern door frame set — Freeborn’s profile numbering system aligns matching panel and frame profiles under the same number so shops can specify a complete, coordinated door program from one catalog. The profile 011 Cope & Pattern panel cutter shapes the raised center panel with a profile geometry that complements the stile-and-rail profile from the CDIC-011 set, producing a visually unified door. Running on a 1-1/4″ Pro-Line spindle at 6″ diameter, fed face up (CCW), with an AP-90-048 rub bearing controlling border cut depth. The insert design allows carbide or T-Alloy tips to be replaced without retiring the head body, making this cost-effective in production runs. For shops running the CDIC-011 door frame set, the FB-RPIC-011 completes the panel side of the door program.
