Profile 011 Cope & Pattern inserts deliver the matching edge detail on stile faces and the cope cut on rail ends. 1-1/4″ bore, 4-1/2″ OD, 3-1/2″ minor diameter, 3-wing CCW, for 3/4″ to 7/8″ door stock, standard depth of pattern. Carbide or T-Alloy insert options available. The 3-piece FB-CDIC-011-3pc adds a shimmed cope head for fine-tuning joint fit across variable material batches.
