SCHure-Lock 180mm Replacement Knife — HSS

Description

The SCH-QC-SCH-180mm-S is a 180mm replacement knife for Schmidt SCHure-Lock segmented quick-change cutter heads. The 180mm segment covers a standard production width used across European and North American planer and moulder equipment — 180mm as a single segment, 360mm as a two-segment assembly, and 180mm combined with 100mm or 120mm to reach common production widths from 280mm to 300mm. SCHure-Lock’s quick-change locking interface enables fast knife replacement at each segment position; segment-level replacement keeps knife maintenance cost proportional to actual wear. Available in HSS in multiple grade specifications. No carbide at this length. Confirm the installed SCHure-Lock head model and correct grade specification. Select grade at checkout.
