Description

The FB-RPIC-004 shapes raised center panels with profile 004 — the fourth distinct roundover radius in Freeborn’s RPIC lineup alongside profiles 001, 002, 003, and 013. Each roundover number corresponds to a specific arc depth and proportion for matching to door design drawings or coordinating with the corresponding profile number in the CDIC door frame series. The convex arc transitions the raised panel field smoothly to the flat border that seats in the door frame groove. At 6″ diameter on a 1-1/4″ Pro-Line spindle, fed face up CCW, with an AP-90-048 rub bearing controlling border-edge depth. The insert cutter system allows carbide or T-Alloy tips to be replaced without replacing the head body, providing a significant cost advantage in production panel runs.
