The FB-CDIC-070-2pc extends Freeborn’s cove range to a fourth distinct radius for door designs where profiles 020, 030, and 040 don’t match the specified arc — match profile 070 against Freeborn’s profile sheet or your door design drawings to confirm the correct cove depth before ordering. The 2-piece Multi-Profile stile-and-rail set covers both operations: the stile head cuts the cove profile and panel groove in one pass; the cope head machines the rail ends. Multi-Profile body hardware is compatible with other CDIC insert profiles, so the same heads run multiple door styles by swapping insert sets — compounding hardware value across production programs. 1-1/4″ bore, 4-1/2″ OD, 3-1/2″ minor diameter, 3-wing CCW, for 3/4″ to 7/8″ door stock, standard depth of pattern. Carbide or T-Alloy inserts available. The 3-piece FB-CDIC-070-3pc adds shimmed cope adjustment for variable-batch environments.
