The FB-CDIC-050-2pc delivers Freeborn’s profile 050 bevel through a 2-piece Multi-Profile stile-and-rail insert set: the stile head cuts the bevel edge and panel groove in one pass; the cope head handles rail ends. Multi-Profile head bodies in this set are compatible with other CDIC insert profiles, so shops running multiple door styles can switch profiles by swapping inserts into the same heads rather than purchasing separate head pairs. Profile 050 sits in the Multi-Profile bevel range alongside dedicated-head profiles 055 and 060 — each a distinct bevel geometry for matching to design drawings. 1-1/4″ bore, 4-1/2″ OD, 3-1/2″ minor diameter, 3-wing CCW, for 3/4″ to 7/8″ door stock, standard depth of pattern. Carbide or T-Alloy inserts available. The 3-piece FB-CDIC-050-3pc adds shimmed cope adjustment.
