Description

The RH101 is a corrugated back router head with 3/4 in. shank for counter-clockwise rotation router tables, pin routers, and shapers with CCW spindle rotation. Functionally equivalent to the RH100 in knife compatibility and corrugated back locking geometry, the RH101 is configured for CCW rotation — the direction that tightens the head on left-hand thread shanks or CCW-rotation arbors. Corrugated back router heads accept straight CB knives locked in precision corrugated seat pockets, providing positive anti-creep retention at router operating speeds. Compatible knife profiles in HSS (CB155/260/265/270) and carbide-tipped (CT155/260/265/270) provide cut widths from 3/4 in. to 1-1/2 in. for edge profiling and moulding on smaller production equipment. Knives must be profile-ground and weight-matched before mounting in the RH101 head. Verify the spindle rotation direction before ordering — using a CW head on a CCW spindle risks head loosening during operation. Knives sold separately.
