2mm Weinig Tracing Pin — Round Both Sides

Description

The AC922 is a 2mm diameter tracing pin for the Weinig Rondamat moulder knife grinder’s profile-following system. In Rondamat-style pantograph grinders, the tracing pin diameter determines the smallest inside curve the system can reproduce — a 2mm pin can follow template curves with inside radii as tight as approximately 1mm (half the pin diameter) while maintaining stable contact. AC922 is round on both contact sides for symmetric template tracking across convex and concave profile segments. For knife profiles with a mix of tight coves and open curves, operators typically select the smallest pin that can cleanly track all template sections without losing contact. The 2mm pin is a common choice for general architectural moulding profiles with moderate inside radius requirements. Compatible with Weinig Rondamat 930, 934, 950, and 960 grinders.
