3mm Weinig Tracing Pin — Round One Side, Square One Side

Description

The AC923 is a 3mm tracing pin for Weinig Rondamat moulder knife grinders — with round contact geometry on one side and square on the other. The dual-geometry design allows the operator to track both curved profile segments (using the round side) and straight-sided template edges (using the square side) with the same pin, reducing pin changes during a complex grinding setup. At 3mm diameter, the AC923 can follow inside template curves with radii tighter than 2mm. The square side makes contact along a flat edge, useful when the profile template includes straight vertical or horizontal elements at the transition points between curves. For profile grinding shops running a wide variety of moulding profiles, the dual-geometry pins (3mm through 6mm) provide more versatility than round-only pins across different template geometries. Compatible with Weinig Rondamat 930, 934, 950, and 960.
