1mm Weinig Tracing Pin — Round Both Sides

Description

The AC921 is a 1mm diameter tracing pin for the Weinig Rondamat-series moulder knife grinder’s template-following system. Weinig Rondamat grinders use a pantograph-style copying mechanism where a tracing pin follows a profile template while the grinding wheel reproduces that profile on the knife being ground. The diameter of the tracing pin sets the minimum inside radius the grinder can produce — a 1mm pin allows the wheel to follow very tight inside coves and transitions that larger-diameter pins cannot track. AC921 has round contact geometry on both sides, making it suitable for symmetric profile tracking on both convex and concave template surfaces. For tighter budgets and longer grinding sessions with complex profiles, having a set of pins from 1mm through 6mm ensures the correct pin is always available for each stage of the profile. Compatible with Weinig Rondamat 930, 934, 950, and 960 grinder platforms.
