5mm Weinig Tracing Pin — Round One Side, Square One Side

Description

The AC925 is a 5mm diameter tracing pin for Weinig Rondamat moulder knife grinders, with round geometry on one side and square on the other. The 5mm pin handles profiles with relatively open curves — the larger diameter limits the inside radius it can track to approximately 2.5mm or larger, so it is best suited to open-profile mouldings rather than patterns with tight coves. The square side provides clean tracking on straight template edges and at profile transitions. For shops that regularly grind large open-profile casing, bed mouldings, and crown profiles, the 5mm pin tracks smoothly with excellent template contact across wide curved segments. Using the appropriate pin size for each profile prevents chatter and ensures the grinder reproduces the template accurately in the finished knife. Compatible with Weinig Rondamat 930, 934, 950, and 960.
