4mm Weinig Tracing Pin — Round One Side, Square One Side

Description

The AC924 is a 4mm diameter tracing pin for Weinig Rondamat moulder knife grinders, with round contact geometry on one side and square on the other. At 4mm, the AC924 is one of the most commonly used pin sizes for standard architectural moulding profiles — wide enough to track smoothly across open ogee and cove curves while still fitting inside coves with radius requirements down to approximately 2mm. The square side tracks straight template edges and transition points cleanly. For shops grinding standard door casing, base moulding, crown, and chair rail profiles, the 4mm dual-geometry pin covers most common profile shapes without requiring a pin change mid-session. The larger pin diameter also reduces wear on the template at the contact point compared to smaller pins, extending template life on high-volume runs. Compatible with Weinig Rondamat 930, 934, 950, and 960.
