The IC210SR is the replacement insert screw for Schmidt’s IC-series panel raising cutter bodies, including IC210B, IC211B, and IC213B. Insert screws are the Torx-drive fasteners that seat and clamp solid carbide panel raising inserts in the cutter body’s insert pockets. In panel raising operations, insert clamping screws are subjected to significant centrifugal force and cutting vibration — repeated insert changes and the working environment gradually wear the screw’s Torx drive socket, eventually requiring replacement before the screw can no longer hold consistent clamping torque.
