Description

The IC210B is a 6 in. diameter panel raising cutter body for 1-1/4 in. bore shapers, accepting IC210 and IC21114 solid carbide inserts for dual-profile raised panel production. Dual-profile cutter bodies carry two sets of insert seats, each configured for a different profile insert, allowing a single head to produce two profile options without a full tool change — a production advantage in custom door shops cutting multiple panel profiles. The IC210B accepts IC210 inserts in one seat position and IC21114 inserts in the other, providing the two profile variants of the 210-series raised panel system from one body. At 6 in. diameter and 1-1/4 in. bore, the IC210B is a full-size panel raising head for standard production shapers. Panel raising inserts (IC210, IC21114) and insert screw (IC210SR) are ordered separately. Run the IC210B at speeds within safe operating limits for 6 in. panel raising heads — consult the shaper manufacturer’s speed table for large-diameter panel heads before use.
