Long T-Bushing, 3/4″ ID × 1″ OD

Description

Cutters produced to the 1″ bore standard — common in some European and older tooling — require an adapter to run on a 3/4″ spindle. Freeborn’s AX-91-012 long T-bushing makes that conversion with a precision-machined body bored to 3/4″ for the spindle and turned to 1″ OD to seat in the cutter. The long body provides extended contact inside the cutter bore, reducing cutter tilt and distributing radial load over a greater length. The flanged face seats against the cutter face to control axial position. Close tolerance machining ensures the fit on the 3/4″ spindle and inside the 1″ cutter bore is tight enough to run tooling accurately without play.
