Long T-Bushing, 1-1/4″ ID × 1-1/2″ OD

Description

Some European cutters and large-format tooling are bored to 1-1/2″, a size larger than the North American 1-1/4″ standard. The AP-91-024 long T-bushing adapts these to run on the Pro-Line spindle, with a body bored to 1-1/4″ for the spindle and turned to 1-1/2″ OD for the cutter bore. The long body provides more contact inside the 1-1/2″ cutter bore than a short adapter, reducing the tilt that compounds with a larger bore diameter. The flanged face controls axial cutter position. Precision machining to close tolerances ensures the fit on the 1-1/4″ spindle and inside the 1-1/2″ bore is snug and runout-free.
