Long T-Bushing, 30mm ID × 1-1/4″ OD

Description

The 30mm spindle bore is standard on many European shapers, but a significant share of available cutter tooling — including the Freeborn lineup — is bored to 1-1/4″. The AP-91-017 long T-bushing bridges that gap: bored to 30mm for the European spindle and turned to 1-1/4″ OD to seat inside the cutter. The long body extends contact between bushing and cutter bore for reduced tilt compared to a short adapter, which matters when the bore-to-spindle gap is asymmetric. The flanged face controls the cutter’s axial position. Freeborn machines these to the same close tolerances as the imperial bushing range for consistent, accurate results on 30mm-spindle machines.
