Description
Running a 1-1/4″ bore cutter on a 1/2″ spindle is a large bore step — the kind of conversion that requires a precision-machined bushing to maintain concentricity. The AP-92-008 short T-bushing handles this in a compact body, keeping total bushing height low and suiting cutters where the bore depth is too shallow to engage a long body. The flanged face seats on the cutter face for accurate axial positioning. Freeborn machines these to close tolerances so the fit on the 1/2″ spindle and inside the 1-1/4″ bore is snug. For cutters with a deeper bore, the AP-91-012 long format provides more radial support; this short version is right where the cutter geometry suits it.
