Long T-Bushing, 1-1/4″ ID × 40mm OD

Description

The 40mm bore is the European metric standard for shaper tooling — roughly equivalent to 1-9/16″ — and appears on a significant share of European and mixed-origin cutter sets. The AP-91-025 long T-bushing adapts these 40mm-bore cutters to run on the 1-1/4″ Pro-Line spindle, bored to 1-1/4″ for the spindle and turned to 40mm OD for the cutter. The long body provides extended contact inside the 40mm bore, reducing tilt compared to a short adapter at this bore size. The flanged face seats against the cutter face for accurate axial positioning. Precision machined to close tolerances, the same standard as the full Freeborn T-bushing range.
