Maximum outside diameter in the Freeborn Pro-Line rub collar series, the 4-1/2″ OD collar handles the shop’s largest raised panel and entry door profile cutters on the 1-1/4″ bore spindle. At 4-1/2″, the collar delivers maximum offset between its running face and the cutter’s cut circle, giving the largest profile geometries room to develop without restriction. In production on tall raised panels and entry door frames, this collar sets the panel height at the outer limit of the Pro-Line system. Sealed ball-bearing construction handles the sustained load of large Pro-Line cutters through long production runs.
