Pro-Line Rub Collar, 4″ OD

Reaching 4″ outside diameter, this Pro-Line rub collar is sized for the largest raised panel and entry door profile cutters on the 1-1/4″ bore spindle. Full-height raised panels for passage and entry doors need a collar OD at this range to give the cutter room to reach its full profile depth while the collar tracks cleanly against the fence or template face. Sealed ball-bearing construction sustains the load from large-diameter Pro-Line cutters through extended production without heat buildup. Freeborn machines the bore to close tolerances so the 1-1/4″ spindle fit remains accurate and low-runout at this larger collar diameter. In shops producing raised-panel entry doors or tall cabinet faces in the Pro-Line system, the 4″ collar holds its place in the daily setup kit.
