Among the largest in Freeborn’s Mini-Pro rub collar lineup, the 2-15/16″ outside diameter is sized for raised panel cutters and tall decorative door-edge profiles where a large offset between the collar’s running face and the cutter’s cut circle is required. Full-height raised panel cuts on cabinet doors need this collar OD to allow the profile to reach target depth without the collar face entering the cut zone. Sealed ball-bearing construction handles the sustained load of large-profile production at 3/4″ spindle speeds without maintenance. Freeborn’s bore machining holds close tolerances so even at this larger diameter the collar seats on the spindle with consistent, low runout.
