Pro-Line Rub Collar, 2-3/4″ OD

Description

The 2-3/4″ outside diameter puts this Pro-Line collar near the center of the working range for cabinet door and raised panel production on the 1-1/4″ bore spindle. Cope-and-pattern and door-edge profile cutters in this depth range run cleanly with this collar tracking against the fence or template face. Pro-Line tooling handles wider and heavier profiles than the Mini-Pro system, and the sealed ball-bearing construction on these collars is rated for the higher bearing loads that heavier cutters impose at extended production speeds. Freeborn holds close bore tolerances on the 1-1/4″ spindle fit for consistent, low runout across the full collar lineup. Set depth once with this collar in place and the geometry holds through a full production run of cabinet doors or raised panels without drift.
