The SCH-QC-CEN-300mm-S is a 300mm replacement knife for Centrolock-style constant-diameter planer and moulder heads. The 300mm length is a common wide-production size, fitting larger Weinig Hydromat and Powermat heads as well as other manufacturers’ Centrolock-compatible systems used for wide architectural trim, door panel moulding, and furniture panel edge processing where the full 300mm knife span covers the material width without repositioning. Centrolock’s constant-diameter design is especially advantageous at 300mm where accurate planing depth consistency across a full-width cut is critical — any variation in spindle height translates directly to surface quality issues on wide material. Available in HSS for standard softwood production or carbide for hardwood and abrasive material where HSS edge life is insufficient. At 300mm width, carbide provides meaningful production continuity benefits compared to HSS. Match knife length to the installed head before ordering. Select material at checkout.
