The FB-DE-110 applies a profile 110 ogee — a compound S-curve combining convex and concave arcs — to the visible face edge of doors and panels. The ogee is the most visually complex profile in Freeborn’s DE door-edge series: the double-curve reads as formal and traditional, layering shadow under raking light in a way that simple roundovers and chamfers don’t. This makes it the natural choice for traditional, raised-panel, and furniture-grade cabinet programs where edge detailing is part of the design intent. The dedicated head body accepts only profile 110 inserts — one profile per head — keeping the ogee geometry consistent across production runs. 1-1/4″ bore, 3-1/2″ minor diameter, 30mm insert tips, 3-wing CCW. Replaceable inserts (carbide or T-Alloy) allow tip re-sharpening or replacement without retiring the head body. The only ogee profile in Freeborn’s DE series.
