The FB-DE-002 applies profile 002 roundover to the exposed face edge of doors and panels — a distinct convex arc radius from profiles 001 and 032 within Freeborn’s roundover door-edge series. The three roundover DE profiles cover different arc depths and proportions for matching to design drawings or specific door edge specifications. The dedicated head body accepts only profile 002 inserts, making repeat setup consistent and eliminating profile mix-up in production environments where multiple edge profiles are in use. The door-edge detail system differs from CDIC stile-and-rail cutters in application: CDIC cuts the cope-and-profile joint between frame members; DE cutters shape the decorative visible edge on the door face perimeter. 1-1/4″ bore, 3-1/2″ minor diameter, 30mm tips, 3-wing CCW.
