The FB-CDIC-060-2pc delivers Freeborn’s profile 060 bevel on a Dedicated head body in a 2-piece stile-and-rail configuration. Profile 060 is a specific bevel geometry distinct from 055 in the dedicated-head range — verify the profile number against Freeborn’s profile sheet or your door design drawings when specifying, as bevel angle and visual character vary between profiles. Dedicated heads accept only profile 060 inserts, keeping setup consistent and repeatable in production environments running the same door style for extended periods. The stile head cuts the bevel profile and panel groove in one pass; the cope head handles rail ends for an interlocking stile-to-rail joint. 1-1/4″ bore, 4-1/2″ OD, 3-1/2″ minor diameter, 3-wing CCW, for 3/4″ to 7/8″ door stock, standard depth of pattern.
