The FB-CDIC-011-3pc pairs Multi-Profile head flexibility with a shimmed cope head for the profile 011 Cope & Pattern door edge. Multi-Profile head bodies can be fitted with different insert profiles from Freeborn’s CDIC system, so the same head hardware runs across multiple door styles as insert sets are swapped — fewer heads to maintain, less capital in tooling. The shimmed third head adds independent cope-depth control: operators can fine-tune the cope cut to close the joint cleanly regardless of material thickness variation between batches, which is especially useful when running mixed wood species on the same door program. 1-1/4″ bore, 4-1/2″ OD, 3-1/2″ minor diameter, 3-wing CCW, for 3/4″ to 7/8″ material, standard depth of pattern. For consistent-thickness stock where shimmed adjustment isn’t required, the 2-piece FB-CDIC-011-2pc covers the same profile.
