Pro-Line Rub Collar, 3-3/4″ OD

Description

A 3-3/4″ outside diameter positions this Pro-Line collar for large raised panel cutters and tall decorative door-edge profiles on the 1-1/4″ bore spindle. At this OD, the collar’s running face tracks at a distance from the cutter’s cut circle that allows tall profiles to develop fully without the collar face entering or limiting the cut zone. In production on large-format cabinet faces or passage door panels, the panel height is a direct result of the collar OD, and this size delivers that dimension at the upper-mid portion of the Pro-Line series. Sealed ball-bearing construction handles the elevated bearing loads of large-profile Pro-Line tooling at sustained shaper speeds. Close bore tolerances from Freeborn keep the 1-1/4″ spindle fit precise and low-runout across a full production day.
